BLOOMFIELD -- Graveside service for Jane Elizabeth Curry of Bloomfield will be held at 1 p.m. today at Bloomfield Cemetery. The Rev. Charles Hanna will officiate.

Chiles-Cooper Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Curry, 97, died Thursday, Jan. 29, 1998, at Chateau Girardeau Health Center in Cape Girardeau.

She was born Oct. 17, 1900, in Jefferson City, daughter of Louie L. and Nell Chapman Jobe. She and Louis R. Curry were married Sept. 20, 1924. He died May 20, 1977.

Curry was a graduate of Stephens College. She retired as a teacher from Little Rock, Ark., School District. She had lived in Bloomfield the past several years, and was a member of First Baptist Church.

Survivors include cousins.
