BENTON, Mo. -- James Arlie Nall Sr., 70, of Benton died Friday, Feb. 7, 2014, at his home.
He was born Sept. 1, 1943, at East Prairie, Mo., the son of William Henry and Inez Bippus Nall. He married Kathleen Cawley on Feb. 24, 1962.
He was a member of the Church of Christ and the Masonic Lodge at Morley, Mo. He served in the U.S. Navy during the Cuban missile crisis.
Survivors include his wife; a son, James Nall Jr., of Benton; two daughters, Kathy Nall of Benton and Donna Beeson of Kelso, Mo.; five grandchildren, Ashley, Joshua and Rebecah Nall, Jeffery and Brittney Beeson; and two great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his son, William Patrick Nall; his parents; four brothers; and three sisters.
Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Benton.
The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, with Bill Bradley officiating. Burial with full military honors will follow in Forest Hills Memorial Gardens near Morley.
