RANDLES -- James L. Blue Jr., 23, of Randles, died Thursday, Feb. 11, 1993, at Southeast Missouri Hospital, following an extended illness.
He was born June 7, 1969, in Cape Girardeau, son of Jim and Joyce Smith Blue.
Blue was a 1991 graduate of the University of Missouri-Rolla. He was a traffic study engineer for Missouri Highway and Transportation Department 10th District in Sikeston.
Survivors include his father of Randles; a brother, Barry Blue of Jackson; two sisters, Dana Houseman of Delta, Julie Eshelman of Cincinnati, Ohio, and paternal grandmother, Beulah Blue of Randles.
He was preceded in death by his mother.
Funeral service will be at 3:30 p.m. Saturday at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee. The Rev. Kenny Martin will officiate, with burial in Kenyon Cemetery at Delta.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 5 p.m. today.
