CHARLESTON -- James Haines, 81, of Charleston, died Monday, Oct. 5, 1992, at Bertrand Nursing Center.
He was born May 11, 1911, in Florida. Haines was a member of Holly Grove Baptist Church at Wyatt.

Surviving are four brothers, including Rosevelt Haines of Florida.
Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Sparks Funeral Chapel. The Rev. T.R. Tyus will officiate, with burial in Oak Grove Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 10 a.m. until time of service.
