PERRYVILLE, Mo. -- James "Jim" French, 41, of Perryville died Tuesday, Nov. 1, 2011, at Perry County Memorial Hospital.
He was born Feb. 16, 1970, in Perryville, son of the late Robert French and Bernice Schnurbusch French. He and Danielle "Danny" Hoyt were married Oct. 13, 2001.
Jim had worked at Perryville Oliver Co. and did small-engine repairs. He was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Church.
Survivors include his wife of Perryville; mother of Perryville; a daughter, Stephanie of the home; a brother, Danny; four sisters, Diane, Kathy, Jean and Janelle.
Jim was a loving husband and a proud and devoted father. He will be greatly missed by his entire family.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday and 6:30 a.m. to 12:50 p.m. Saturday at Miller Family Funeral Home. Parish prayers will be at 7 p.m. Friday.
Funeral Mass will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at St. Vincent de Paul Church, with the Rev. Milton Ryan officiating. Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery.
