FREDERICKTOWN -- Jacob Hadley Fulton, 17, of Fredericktown died Sunday, Aug. 31, 1997, at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis.
He was born June 21, 1980, in Columbia, S.C., the son of Robin and Karen Sylvester Fulton.
He was a senior at Brahm Preparatory School in Carbondale, Ill.
Survivors include: his parents; a sister, Jennifer Fulton, a student at Southwest Missouri State University in Springfield; four grandparents, Robert and Maxine Fulton of Patton, and Frank and Ruth Sylvester of Braintree, Mass., and a great-grandmother, Gleta Fulton of Patton.
Friends may call after 6 p.m. Wednesday at Follis-Sonderman Funeral Home in Fredericktown.
A funeral Mass will be said at 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Michael's Catholic Church in Fredericktown. Burial will be at Reagan's Chapel Methodist Church Cemetery.
