Jackie Russell, 56, of Cape Girardeau died Wednesday, Nov. 20, 2013, at Southeast Hospital. He was born Jan. 21, 1957, in Watervliet, Mich., to Noel Thomas and Elizabeth Rock Russell. He was a member of the APA Pool Association. Jackie is survived by his stepchildren, Ethel Brown, Aaron Price and Amanda Price, all of Cape Girardeau; a brother, Jerry Russell of Melbourne, Fla.; eight sisters, Christine Russell of Trumann, Ark., Mary Elmore of Charlotte, N.C., Lynda Blagskin of Niles, Mich., Margie Howard of Bridgman, Mich., Ruth Wade of Trumann, Ethel Chambers of Trumann, Carolyn Beachamp of Philadelphia, Miss., and Patsy Russell of Trumann; and eight stepgrandchildren.. ...

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today at Ford and Sons Mount Auburn Chapel in Cape Girardeau.

The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at the chapel, with the Rev. Darrell E. Faire Sr. officiating. Burial will be at Lorimier Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be given to charity of choice.
