HAINES CITY, Fla. Jackson native Jack H. Howard, 76, died at his home in Haines City, Fla. on June 12, 1991. Howard moved to Haines City from Southern Pines, N.C. 11 years ago.
He was born June 3, 1915.
He was vice president of marketing for True Temper Corp. in Cleveland, Ohio. He was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Haines City, Fla.
Survivors include: his wife, Mildred H. Howard of Haines City, Fla.; two daughters, Rebecca Rayer of Santa Barbara, Calif. and Jane Olekay of Wayne, Penn.; one son, Jack B. Howard of Santa Barbara, Calif.; one sister, Margaret Amman of Jackson; and 10 grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Saturday morning at the First Presbyterian Church in Haines City, Fla. Burial followed in Forest Hills Cemetery.
