Ivan Lynn Niswonger, 75, of Scott City died Saturday, Oct. 22, 2011, at his home.
He was born Aug. 7, 1936, in Cape Girardeau, the son of Roy Homer and Eula Lee Kesterson Niswonger.
Ivan had worked as a machine operator at Florshiem Shoe Co. in Cape Girardeau. He was a member of Father's Arms Fellowship Church in Scott City.
He is survived by a son, Randy L. Niswonger of Jackson; a daughter, Tina Snell of Cape Girardeau; a brother, Jim Niswonger of Cape Girardeau; two sisters, Donna Petzoldt of Jackson, Doris Rankin of Salem, Ore.; and three grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother and a sister.
A memorial service will be held at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at Father's Arms Fellowship Church.
Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Scott City is in charge of arrangements.
