SIKESTON -- Iva Bell Harp, 93, of Sikeston, formerly of Morley, died Friday, Nov. 25, 1994, at her home.
Harp was born Aug. 4, 1901 in Piggot, Ark., to Henry Marshall and Louella Jane May Madden Lanning.
She married James A. Harp on July 29, 1917 in Morehouse. He preceded her in death on July 17, 1980.
Harp is survived by three sons, Allen Harp of Sikeston, Frank Harp of St. Louis and Tom Harp of Scott City; two daughters, Eva Tunnell of Marion, Ill., and Daisy Lewis of Sikeston; a sister, Virgie May Larue of Bloomfield; 24 grandchildren; 43 great grandchildren and 6 great great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by nine sons, a daughter, a brother, a sister, four grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
Friends may call Nunnelee Funeral Chapel in Sikeston today after 5 p.m. Funeral service will be Monday at the chapel with the Rev. R.C. Martin officiating. Burial will follow at Old Morley Cemetery in Morley.
