Isabel A. Roberts, 56, of Cape Girardeau, died Thursday, April 13, 1995, at Southeast Missouri Hospital.
She was born Sept. 5, 1938, in Lyons, N.Y.
Roberts moved here a year ago from Clyde, N.Y. She was a graduate of Rochester Business Institute in Rochester, N.Y.
She was a private secretary to the vice president of Sara Coventry Jewelry 10 years. She also had owned and operated Willow Lane Cattery, where she raised Persian show cats.
She was a member here of St. Vincent's Catholic Church, Catholic Daughters, and the prayer and singing group. She had done volunteer work at Southeast Hospital and the Humane Society.
Survivors include a sister, Margaret Grant of Cape Girardeau, a niece and nephews.
Friends may call at Ford and Sons Sprigg Street Chapel from 6-8 p.m. Sunday.
Funeral mass will be at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Vincent's Church, with the Rev. Jay Gibson officiating. Burial will be at a later date in Rose Cemetery in Rose, N.Y.
