IRMA H. BRUNKHORST

FROHNA -- Irma H. Brunkhorst, 70, of Frohna, died Monday, May 16, 1994, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.

She was born Feb. 11, 1924, in Perry County, daughter of Henry and Anna Meyer Lohmann. She first married Hugo Hellwege Sept. 16, 1944. He died Jan. 16, 1971. She later married Elmer Brunkhorst Oct. 16, 1979, who died Oct. 29, 1985.

Brunkhorst cleaned residential homes, and was a member of Concordia Lutheran Church and its Ladies Aid.

Survivors include a son, Norman Hellwege of Frohna; a daughter, Ruby Koenig of Perryville; a brother, Ervin Lohmann of Farrar; three sisters, Flora Hecht and Erna Stueve of Uniontown, Ada Stueve of Frohna, and two granddaughters.

She was preceded in death by two brothers.

Friends may call at Young and Sons East Perry Chapel in Altenburg from 6-9 p.m. today, and from 6:30 a.m.-11 a.m. Thursday.

Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Concordia Church, with the Rev. Luther Herman officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
