MARQUAND, Mo. -- Irma L. Francis, 73, of Marquand died Friday, Sept. 30, 2016, at Independence Care Center in Perryville. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday and from 6:30 to 10 a.m. Thursday at Young and Sons Funeral Home. The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home, with Rev. Matthew Marks officiating. Burial will be in Marcus Memorial Cemetery in Fredericktown, Missouri...
