IRIS VALERE BARKS

JACKSON -- Iris Valere Barks, 87, of Dearborn, Mich. and formerly of Sedgewickville died Thursday, Oct. 3, 1991, at Oakwood Hospital in Dearborn.

She was born May 1, 1904, in the Sedgewickville community, the daughter of Charles R. and Presentis Mueller Conrad.

She moved to Michigan from Sedgewickville in 1963 and was a life-long member of the Sedgewickville Lutheran Church.

Survivors include a brother-in-law, eight nephews and two nieces.

She was preceded in death by two brothers and three sisters.

Friends may call from 9:30-11 a.m. Monday, Oct. 7 at Cracraft-Miller Funeral Home in Jackson, where funeral service will be at 11. The Rev. William Brooks will officiate, and burial will be in the Sedgewickville Cemetery.
