SCOTT CITY -- Iris Graff, 69, of Scott City died Tuesday, Dec. 29, 1998, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
She was born Aug. 17, 1929, at Commerce, daughter of John Gustav and Lucy Spraker Sander. She and John Francis Graff Jr. were married June 18, 1949, in Piggott, Ark. He died Sept. 26, 1989.
Survivors include four sons, Charles Graff of Daisy, John, Stephen and Christopher Graff, all of Scott City; three daughters, Karen Gentry of Jackson, Priscilla Pennington of St. Louis, Teresa Varnon of Memphis, Tenn.; two sisters, Mamie Ledure of Commerce, Jewell Putz of Cape Girardeau; 11 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and two stepgrandchildren.
She was preceded in death by three brothers, two sisters, and a grandson.
Friends may call at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Scott City from 4-8 p.m. today.
Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the chapel, with the Rev. Jim King officiating. Burial will be in Lightner Cemetery.
