OLIVE BRANCH, Ill. -- Irene Richardson Hall, 87, of Pulaski, Ill., died Friday, April 15, 1994, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
She was born Dec. 7, 1906 at Wickliffe, Ky., the daughter of Edward and Margaret Keen Richardson.
On Sept. 7, 1921, she married Barney Ray Hall, who died Oct. 13, 1980.
She and her husband were in the ministry for 52 years. He was a pioneer minister in the area and the couple did evangelistic work in Florida. The Rev. Hall pastored the Cairo Assembly of God Church on two occasions.
Survivors include a son, Donald Hall of Lawrence, Mich.; six daughters, Helen Hillman of Olive Branch, Fern Woolverton of Alton, Ill., Nola Hogg of Hernando, Miss., Delores Rouse of Pulaski, Sylvia Grant of St. Charles, Mo., and Sharon White of Olive Branch; 13 grandchildren; and 27 great-grandchildren.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by one daughter.
Friends may call from 5-9 p.m. today at the Crain Funeral Home in Tamms, Ill., and on Monday morning until 11 a.m.
Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Monday at the Trinity Assembly of God Church in Olive Branch, with the Rev. Carl Hester officiating. Burial will follow in the Olive Branch Cemetery.
