Irene Minner, 77, 2524 Peach Tree, died Wednesday, May 22, 1991, at her home. She was born Aug. 29, 1913, at Sikeston, daughter of Jesse Franklin and Eva Nolen Altom. She married Milford B. Irene Minner, 77, 2524 Peach Tree, died Wednesday, May 22, 1991, at her home.

She was born Aug. 29, 1913, at Sikeston, daughter of Jesse Franklin and Eva Nolen Altom. She married Milford B. Minner Feb. 10, 1949, at Sikeston.

She was a member of First Baptist Church and its Naomi Sunday School Class.

Survivors include her husband; three daughters, Janet Wolfe of Jackson, Linda Minner and Jane Stanley of Cape Girardeau; a brother, Frank Altom Jr. of Sikeston; three sisters, Shirley McClellan of Sikeston, and LaVeda Marshall and Jean Harrington of Springfield; and two grandchildren.

Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Friday at Ford and Sons Mount Auburn Chapel. The Rev. Jim Guffie will officiate, with burial in Memorial Park.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 4-8 p.m. today.
