Irene Virginia Heise, 80, of Cape Girardeau died Monday, March 19, 2001, at St. Francis Medical Center.

She was born June 26, 1920, in Cape Girardeau, daughter of Henry C. and Albertine M. Senn Heise.

Heise had worked for Eldercare 35 years. She was a member of Evangelical United Church of Christ.

Survivors include a sister, Olga Little of Van Buren, Mo.; two brothers, Edwin Heise of St. Louis, and Victor Heise of Scott City, Mo.

Funeral will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Ford and Sons Sprigg Street Chapel. The Rev. James Cauglan will officiate, with burial in Hanover Lutheran Cemetery.

Friends may call at the chapel Wednesday from 10 a.m. until time of service.
