Imogene Sebek

Imogene F. Sebek, 69, of Cape Girardeau died Saturday, March 26, 2005, at Southeast Missouri Hospital.

She was born April 29, 1935, in Cape Girardeau, daughter of Floyd and Minnie Pierce Ford. She and Tony J. Sebek were married Nov. 28, 1953, in Cape Girardeau.

Mrs. Sebek had been an accountant with St. Louis Union Trust Co., Sears, and Mid-America Hotels. She was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church.

She is survived by her husband; two daughters, Kathy Sebek Bridges and husband Tom of St. Louis, Toni L. Zimmer and husband Don of Cape Girardeau; five grandchildren, Tricia Zimmer Ferguson of St. Louis, Tyler Zimmer of Columbia, Mo., Tori Zimmer of Cape Girardeau, Lesley and John Bridges of St. Louis.

There is no public visitation or funeral. A private family graveside service will be held at Cape County Memorial Park, with the Rev. Derek Swanson officiating.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or the Humane Society of Southeast Missouri.
