Imogene Marie Dumey, 90, of Dutchtown passed away Sunday, April 16, 2017, at the Chaffee Nursing Center in Chaffee, Missouri.
She was born March 9, 1927, in Allenville to the late Otto and Stella Oberman Koch. She married Charles H. Dumey Sr. on Feb. 2, 1946, and he preceded her in death Nov. 17, 1985.
Imogene was a retired factory worker for Superior Electric in Cape Girardeau. She was a member of St. Ambrose Catholic Church in Chaffee and was a member of the Daughters of St. Ambrose.
Survivors include three sons, Charles H. Dumey Jr., Michael (Vickie) Dumey and Randy (Gail) Dumey, all of Chaffee; two daughters, Sharon Choate of Ninilchik, Alaska, and Delores Coats of Osage Beach, Missouri; 10 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren. She also is survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Imogene was preceded in death by two brothers and four sisters.
Friends may call after 4 p.m. today at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee. Parish rosary will be at 5:30 p.m.
Funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the chapel, with the Rev. Randy Tochtrop as celebrant. Burial will be at St. Ambrose Catholic Cemetery in Chaffee.
