EAST PRAIRIE, Mo. -- Ilean Lydia Bailey, 70, of East Prairie died Friday, Aug. 4, 2000, at the Cancer Treatment Center in Tulsa, Okla.
She was born March 16, 1930, in Detroit, Mich., daughter of Joseph and Rose Belle Green Carrucci. She and Robert M. Bailey Sr. were married March 5, 1947. He died July 19, 1999.
Bailey had lived in East Prairie 20 years.
Survivors include three sons, Robert Bailey Jr. of Gosnell, Ark., James and Richard Bailey of East Prairie; four daughters, Pamela Waldo of East Prairie, Sherry Stewart of Indianapolis, Ind., Penny Maxwell of Brownsburg, Ind., Debbie Holder of Wichita, Kan.; a sister, Rita Barker of Ohio; 20 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son, a brother and a sister.
Friends may call at Shelby Funeral Home in East Prairie after 2 p.m. Sunday.
Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Monday at the funeral home, with George White officiating. Burial will be in Dogwood Cemetery.
