JACKSON, Mo. -- Ida Mae Rigger Stromatt, 87, of Jackson died Monday, July 17, 2000, at Jackson Manor.
She was born April 4, 1913, at Scopus, Mo., daughter of Thomas and Annie E. Craig Brown. She first married Clarence Rigger, who died in 1953. She later married Clifford Stromatt, who also preceded her in death.
Stromatt had been a waitress at various restaurants. She was a member of Mount Zion Baptist Church, and lifetime member of VFW Auxiliary to Post 3838 in Cape Girardeau.
Survivors include a son, Tom Rigger of Rochester, N.H.; a daughter, Mary Stromatt of Cape Girardeau; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Friends may call at Lorberg Memorial Funeral Chapel in Cape Girardeau from 4:30-7 p.m. today.
There will be no service. Burial will be in Church of Christ Cemetery at Scopus.
