CHAFFEE, Mo. — Ida Mae Funkhouser, 79, of Chaffee died Saturday, Dec. 27, 2008, at her daughter's home in Charleston, Mo.
She was born July 6, 1929, in Delta, daughter of John and Ella Pearl Cole Chapman. She and Emory Dale Wiseman were married March 17, 1954. He died April 18, 1973. She and Harry Fred Funkhouser were married March 3, 1990. He died May 9, 1998.
She retired after a career as a machine operator for Tricon Industry in Cape Girardeau and was a member of the Church of God in Jackson.
Survivors include her daughter, Becky Powell of Charleston; a son, Dale Wiseman of Fruitland; and three grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by four brothers and three sisters.
Friends may call at 4 p.m. today at the Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee.
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Alvie Surface officiating.
Interment will be in Memorial Park Cemetery in Cape Girardeau.
