He was the original engineer and president of CSSA, and was formerly of Cape Girardeau.
Survivors include his wife, Leah; two sons, Matthew and Jacob Froemsdorf of Fayetteville, Ark.; a daughter, Amanda Froemsdorf of North Little Rock; his mother, Gert Froemsdorf of Dubuque, Iowa; a brother, Gary Froemsdorf of San Marcos, Texas, and a sister, Judy Willis of Dubuque.
