HUBERT HUTCHISON

BLOOMFIELD -- Hubert Hutchison, 82, of Bloomfield, died Monday, Oct. 25, 1993, at Dexter Memorial Hospital.

He was born Aug. 20, 1911, near Bloomfield, son of James David and Roxie Owens Hutchison. He and Derotha Harris were married Nov. 9, 1930. She died Dec. 11, 1990.

Hutchison was retired from Monoco Egg Co. at Dexter. He was a charter member of First General Baptist Church here.

Survivors include three sons, James Hutchison of Jasper, Ala., Judson and Lonnie Hutchison of Bloomfield; a daughter, Carolyn Durham of Bloomfield; four brothers, Bill Hutchison of Cardwell, Bob Hutchison of Leachville, Ark., Ray Hutchison of Quitman, Ark., Bonnie Hutchison of Warrenville, Ill.; three sisters, Odessa Hester of Akron, Ohio, Dorothy White of Fredericktown, Bettye Ray of Brookland, Ark.; nine grandchildren, and 19 great-grandchildren.

Funeral service will be at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at First General Baptist Church. The Revs. Kevin Eskew and Vyron Yount will officiate, with burial in Bloomfield Cemetery.

Friends may call at Chiles-Cooper Funeral Home after 5 p.m. today.
