HOWARD S. HUBER

PERRYVILLE -- Howard S. Huber, 73, of Perryville, died Saturday, Sept. 28, 1991, at Perry County Memorial Hospital.

He was born June 21, 1918, in Perry County, son of George E. and Mabel Wills Huber. He and Bernice Gibbar Schremp were married Sept. 30, 1989.

Huber was a retired mechanic, and veteran of the U.S. Army.

Survivors include his wife; a son, Scott Huber of Pocatello, Idaho; a daughter, Melody Plaetz of Boise, Idaho; a stepdaughter, Rose Mary Schremp of Perryville; a brother, George Huber of Carlisle, Pa.; three sisters, Betty Smith of Cape Girardeau, Viola Pfeil of St. Louis, Peggy Bruckerhoff of St. Marys; two grandchildren; two stepgrandchildren, and four great-stepgrandchildren.

Funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Young and Sons Funeral Chapel. The Rev. Gerold McBride will officiate, with burial in Mt. Hope Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home after 4 p.m. today.
