HOUSTON BOUNDS

SIKESTON -- Houston Hoyt Bounds, 60, of Sikeston died Saturday, Oct. 10, 1998, at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston.

He was born May 5, 1938, at Gobler, the son of Mercus and Halley Hurst Bounds. He and Linda J. Teeters were married June 24, 1967, at Piggot, Ark.

He was an automobile assembly line repairman for the Chrysler Corp. He was a member of the U.A.W. Local 136.

He was a member of United Pentecostal Church of Sikeston.

Survivors include his wife; his mother; two sons, Steve Bounds of Rogers, Ark. and Anthony Bounds of Sikeston; three daughters, Cheryl Roesing and Darla Rieger, both of St. Louis, and Nicole Bounds of Sikeston; a sister, Virginia Branch of Paragould, Ark; and 12 grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a brother and a sister.

Funeral will be at 2 p.m. today at Blanchard Funeral Chapel in Sikeston. The Rev. E.J. McDougall will officiate, with burial at Matthews Cemetery in Matthews.
