HOPE SMITH

ANNA, Ill. -- Hope Ann Marie Smith was stillborn Monday, Nov. 27, 2000, at St. Therese Medical Center in Waukegan, Ill.

Survivors include her parents, Robert Joseph and Ruth Ann Smith of Round Lake Beach, Ill.; two sisters, Naomi Smith and Brittany Musick; two brothers, Eric and Christopher Smith; maternal grandparents, Timothy and Patricia Sprous of Pomona, Ill., Joe and Sandra Ratliff of Round Lake Beach; paternal grandparents, Joel and Ursala Smith of St. Ignace, Mich.; and maternal great-grandmother, Nellie Ratliff of Lake Zurich, Ill.

Friends may call at Cache Chapel Methodist Church near Ullin, Ill., after 9 a.m. Saturday.

Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the church. The Rev. John Clark will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

Lutz and Rendleman Funeral Home in Anna is in charge of arrangements.
