Homer W. Mouser, 72, 522 rear S. Ellis, died Wednesday, July 14, 1993, at Southeast Missouri Hospital. He was born Oct. 25, 1920, at Elvins, son of John P. and Lula J. Jaco Mouser. He and Margaret Lincoln Welker were married Oct. 13, 1956. Mouser worked at Federal Materials in St. Louis several years, and had worked at West Lake Quarry, retiring in 1970. He attended Word of Faith Fellowship Church. He was an avid raccoon hunter, and raised and sold registered redbone hounds...

Survivors include a son, Jack Mouser of Jackson; four daughters, Madonna West of Cape Girardeau, Charlotte Corey of Jackson, Donna Griffin of Yelm, Wash., Sondra Hatten of Great Bend, Kan.; two brothers, Charles Mouser of Potosi, John Mouser of San Jose, Calif.; two sisters, Geraldine Mouser of High Ridge, Ruby Mouser of Fairview Heights, Ill.; 14 grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a daughter and brother.

Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Ford and Sons Sprigg Street Chapel. The Rev. Earl Cox will officiate, with burial in Lorimier Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 4-8 p.m. today.
