PHOENIX, Ariz. Homer (Chig) Jackson, 63, a native of Cairo, Ill., died in Phoenix Wednesday, Jan. 8, 1992.
Jackson, who previously lived at McClure, Ill. and Cape Girardeau, was a retired machinist for an aircraft company.
He was a World War II veteran.
Survivors include his wife, Mary; daughters, Debbie Rackley of Mesa, Ariz., Kathi Oleski of Phoenix and Sharon Hendrickson of Phoenix; a stepdaughter, Melody Farris, of New Mexico; a stepson, David Farris, of Phoenix; two sisters, Hester Gray of Cape Girardeau and Mary Nelson of St. Louis; a brother, Hershel Jackson, Newport Richey, Fla. and 10 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, four brothers and two sisters.
Paradise Chapel Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. Burial was at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona.
