DONGOLA, Ill. -- Holland J. Schlensker, 79, of New Albany, Ind., died Sunday, Dec. 19, 1993, at Floyd Memorial Hospital in New Albany.

She was born June 2, 1914, at Dongola, daughter of David Henry and Dezia Grear Hinkle. She married Elmer G. "Butch" Schlensker.

Survivors include her husband, and a sister, Helen McCommons of Dongola.

She was preceded in death by three sisters.

Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Crain Funeral Chapel in Dongola. The Rev. Mike VanDeWalle will officiate, with burial in American Legion Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 5-9 p.m. today, and prior to service Wednesday.
