LONGTOWN -- Hildegard A. Hacker, 85, of Longtown died Sunday, Nov. 9, 1997, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
She was born July 22, 1912, at Uniontown to Benjamin and Bertha Kramer Oberndorfer.
On April 12, 1942, she married Wallace J. Hacker. He died Oct. 11, 1983.
She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church at Longtown.
Survivors include three sons, Wallace Hacker Jr. of Fredericktown and Bruce Hacker and Jim Hacker, both of Cape Girardeau; a brother, Theophil Oberndorfer of Frohna; two sisters, Paula Kassel and Norma Hacker of Perryville; and seven grandchildren. Three brothers and two sisters preceded her in death.
Visitation is today from 5 to 9 p.m. and Tuesday from 6:30 to 11:30 a.m. at Young and Sons Funeral Home in Perryville. Services will be at Zion Lutheran Church at Longtown at 1 p.m. Tuesday, with the Rev. Paul Winningham officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
