HILDA YEAGER

VILLA RIDGE, Ill. -- Funeral for Hilda Josephine Yeager of Villa Ridge will be held at 3 p.m. today at Jones Funeral Home in Villa Ridge. Disposition will be private.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 1 p.m. until service time.

Yeager, 88, died Wednesday, Aug. 16, 2000, at her home.

She was born April 28, 1912, at Beardstown, Ill., daughter of George and Mary Elizabeth Livingston Anderson.

Yeager had been a seamstress with Aurora Coat Co.

Survivors include a son, Carl Briggs of Washington, Ill.; a daughter, Sharon Anderson of St. Charles, Ill.; a brother, Loren Anderson of Mahomet, Ill.; two sisters, Rose Yeager and Luetta Yeager of Beardstown; seven grandchildren, including Lisa Stout with whom she lived; a stepgrandson; and seven great-grandchildren.
