ESSEX, Mo. -- Herschel P. Miller, 64, of Essex, formerly of St. Louis, died Wednesday, June 19, 2002, at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Peters, Mo. He was born Jan. 21, 1938. He married Nina Deal. Survivors include his wife; three sons, Danny Miller of Colorado Springs, Colo., Jimmy Miller of Ballwin, Mo., Rodney Miller of Affton, Mo.; two daughters, Beverly and Debbie Miller of Arnold, Mo.; and a sister, Marie Vaden of Fredericktown, Mo...
