Herman Sowers

ANNA, Ill. -- Herman W. Sowers, 81, of Anna, formerly of Olive Branch, Ill., died Wednesday, March 21, 2012, at Union County Hospital.

He served with the U.S. Army 82nd Airborne Division.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to service time Saturday at Rendleman and Hileman Funeral Home in Anna.

The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Bobby Richardson officiating. Burial will be in St. John's Cemetery.
