Herbert G. Bonney, 53, of Cape Girardeau died Friday, Jan. 19, 2001, at St. Francis Medical Center.

Bonney was born Sept. 18, 1947 in Los Angeles, Cal., son of Boyd Vernon and Dorothy Elizabeth Milliton Bonney. He and Kandius Martin were married Aug. 28, 1979, in Phoenix, Ariz.

Bonney was an independent trucker for 30 years.

He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers.

Survivors include his wife; two daughters, Trisha Bonney of Cape Girardeau and Samantha Bonney of the state of California; and one brother, Ron Bonney of Redding, Calif.

There will be no visitation or funeral service.

Ford & Sons Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
