Henrietta Elizabeth Roth, 93, of Cape Girardeau died Monday, Jan. 22, 2007, at Fountainbleau Lodge.
She was born March 8,1913, in St. Louis, daughter of William and Sophie Seuss Reiter. She and Walter G. Roth were married in 1937 in South St. Louis. He died Aug. 24, 1972.
Roth was a graduate of Roosevelt High School in St. Louis. She first worked as a cosmetologist and held her license until age 73. She also worked for Stix, Baer & Fuller in St. Louis, starting as an office clerk and later became clerical manager. She was a member of the former Ascension Parish in Northwoods, Mo.
Survivors include a son, Ronald C. Roth of Cape Girardeau; two sisters, Loretta Ulrich and Hilda Reinhardt of St. Louis; four grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by 10 brothers and sisters.
Friends may call from 9:30 a.m. to service time Friday at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church.
Funeral Mass will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the church, with the Rev. David Hulshof officiating. Graveside committal service will be at 3 p.m. at Memorial Park Cemetery in St. Louis.
