ORAN, Mo. -- Helena Ernst, daughter of the late Michael and Anna Litwyn was born on Oct. 05, 1948, in the Ukraine and departed this life on Thursday, April 21, 2022, at her home in Oran at the age of 73. On June 3, 1972, she Married Kenneth Franklin Steimle Sr. in Rochester, New York. He preceded her in death on May 16,1980...
ORAN, Mo. -- Helena Ernst, daughter of the late Michael and Anna Litwyn was born on Oct. 05, 1948, in the Ukraine and departed this life on Thursday, April 21, 2022, at her home in Oran at the age of 73.
On June 3, 1972, she Married Kenneth Franklin Steimle Sr. in Rochester, New York. He preceded her in death on May 16,1980.
She is survived by two sons, Mike (Jody) Steimle of Oran and Kenneth (Kim) Steimle Jr. of Chaffee, Missouri; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Apart from her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister.
Visitation will be held from noon to 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Oran.
Funeral will follow at 2 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Burial will follow at the St. Lawrence Cemetery in New Hamburg.
