ANNA, Ill. -- Helen Toler, 73, of Anna died Thursday, Nov. 28, 1996, at City Care Center.
She was born Dec. 28, 1922, near Mount Pleasant, the daughter of Benjamin and Beulah Clark Toler.
She was a veteran of World War II, serving in the WAC Military Transport.
Survivors include two sisters, Doris Toler and Martha Callaway, both of Kankakee, Ill., and several other relatives.
She was preceded in death by four sisters and three brothers.
A graveside service will be conducted at 12:30 p.m. Saturday in Ebenezer Hall Cemetery near Lick Creek. A military service will be provided by Carroll P. Foster Post 3455 of the Veterans of Foreign Wars.
Crain Funeral Home of Anna is in charge of arrangements.
