Helen Ferree Lemonds, 81, of Cape Girardeau, formerly of Kennett, died Friday, Jan. 29, 1999, at the Beverly Rehabilitation Center in Cape Girardeau. She was born on Dec. 9, 1917, near Holcomb, daughter of John H. and Ethel B. Ferree Mayberry. She married Truman Lemonds on Aug. 6, 1938. He preceded her in death...
Helen Ferree Lemonds, 81, of Cape Girardeau, formerly of Kennett, died Friday, Jan. 29, 1999, at the Beverly Rehabilitation Center in Cape Girardeau.
She was born on Dec. 9, 1917, near Holcomb, daughter of John H. and Ethel B. Ferree Mayberry.
She married Truman Lemonds on Aug. 6, 1938. He preceded her in death.
She was a member of First Baptist Church in Kennett.

Survivors include a son, Tracy Lemonds of Cape Girardeau.
Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at McDaniel Chapel in Kennett.
Service will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral chapel.
The Rev. Don McGuire will officiate. Burial will follow in Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
