Helen Elvira Dittlinger, 90, of Whitewater died Tuesday, Jan. 6, 2004, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
She was born May 22, 1913, at Lutesville, Mo., daughter of Samuel E. and Buelah Hunt Dial. She and Albert A. Dittlinger were married July 4, 1935, at Benton, Mo. He died June 15, 1994.
Dittlinger was a member of First Baptist Church in Cape Girardeau.
Survivors include a brother, the Rev. Robert Dial of Benton, Ill.; two sisters, Wanda Zoellner of Tucson, Ariz., Imogene Welch of Benton, Ill.; two grandchildren; five stepgrandchildren; and nine great-stepgrandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son.
There is no visitation.
Graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at Lorimier Cemetery. The Rev. Jay White will officiate.
Ford and Sons Funeral Home in Cape Girardeau is in charge of arrangements.
