HAZEL THOMPSON

SIKESTON -- Hazel Thompson, 83, of Sikeston died Friday, Sept. 25, 1998, at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston.

She was born Dec. 15, 1914, at McMullin, daughter of Willie Sanford and Donnie Lillie Merrell Thompson.

She worked for the International shoe factory for more than 50 years.

Survivors include three sisters, Thelma Brasheaers of Festus, Evolee Thompson of Sikeston, and Alberta Burress of Morton, Ill.

She was preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters.

Friends may call at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel in Sikeston from 5 to 8 p.m. today.

Funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the chapel. The Rev. Kelly Grubbs will officiate, with burial in the Oak Grove Cemetery in Charleston.
