ANNA, Ill. -- Hazel I. Karsteter, 94, of Anna died Thursday, Feb. 24, 2005, at Union County Hospital. A private memorial service was held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Crain Funeral Home in Anna, with Webb Manley officiating. Burial was in Cobden Cemetery.
