ELDON -- Hazel Lydia Ellen Johnson, 88, of Eldon died Friday, April 21, 2000, at Capital Region Medical Center in Jefferson City.

She was born Sept. 25, 1911, in Marble Hill, daughter of Jake and Mattie Lincoln Crader. She and Otto Johnson were married on Nov. 14, 1931, in Marble Hill.

She had worked as a Montgomery Ward sales clerk. She had attended Faith Baptist Church of Eldon.

Survivors include her husband, of the home; one daughter, Dian Johnson of Eldon; one brother, Cecil Crader of Pueblo, Colo.; and a granddaughter.

She was preceded in death by one son, two sisters and two brothers.

Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. Monday at Phillips Funeral Home in Eldon.

Graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Baker Cemetery in Marble Hill, with the Rev. Jack Dilday officiating.
