CAIRO, Ill. -- Hazel C. Gilpin, 94, of Cairo died Friday, Aug. 5, 2011, at Daystar Care Center in Cairo. Visitation will be from noon to service time Sunday at Barkett Funeral Home in Cairo. The funeral will be at 3 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home, with Dr. Larry L. Potts officiating. Burial will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Camp Butler National Cemetery in Springfield, Ill...
