Harvey Leroy Webb, 90, of Scott City died Thursday, Nov. 12, 2105, at the Amen Center near Delta.

He was born Nov. 16, 1924, in Illmo to Roscoe and Vesta Rendelman Webb. He married Betty Lou Crader on March 8, 1945. She preceded him in death June 28, 2011.

Webb did track maintenance for the Cotton Belt Railroad and served in the U.S. Army during World War II.

He is survived by two sons, Jack (Harriet) Webb of Jefferson City, Missouri, and Michael (Christina) Webb of Benton, Missouri; two daughters, Shirley (Danny) Hollowell of Delta and Patricia Webb of Cape Girardeau; a sister, Vera Riley of Scott City; 14 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.

He also was preceded in death by five brothers, two sisters, a great-grandchild and a great-great-grandchild.

Graveside service with full military honors was Saturday at Lightner Cemetery in Scott City, with Danny Hollowell officiating.
