HARRY HORNBACK

SIKESTON, Mo. -- Funeral for Harry Hornback of Sikeston will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Ponder Funeral Home. The Rev. Nancy Wood will officiate. Burial will be in Garden of Memories Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 5-8 p.m. today.

Hornback, 56, died Wednesday, Dec. 20, 2000, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.

He was born June 26, 1944, in Sikeston, son of Sidney F. and Virginia Lynch Hornback. He and Elizabeth Ann Hicks were married April 9, 1971.

Hornback was a foreman in the maintenance department at Missouri Delta Medical Center 25 years.

Survivors include his wife; a son, Keith Hornback of Sikeston; a daughter, Elizabeth Hornback of Sikeston; four brothers, Jerry Hornback of Cobden, Ill., Gary Hornback of Mexico, Mo., Joe Hornback of Jackson, Mo., Wayne Hornback of Plano, Iowa; three sisters, Shirley Birk of Tamms, Ill., Rita Wright of Wappapello, Mo., Betty Edwards of Tampa, Fla.; and a stepgrandson.

He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, and a sister.
