Harry G. "Bud" Heise, 77, of Cape Girardeau passed away Saturday, Nov. 28, 2020, at the Lutheran Home. He was born Oct. 12, 1943, in Cape Girardeau to Harry G. Heise and Marie Meyer Heise. He resided in Cape Girardeau most of his life. He graduated from College High School in 1961, then joined the U.S. Air Force and served in Okinawa for four years...

Harry G. "Bud" Heise, 77, of Cape Girardeau passed away Saturday, Nov. 28, 2020, at the Lutheran Home.

He was born Oct. 12, 1943, in Cape Girardeau to Harry G. Heise and Marie Meyer Heise. He resided in Cape Girardeau most of his life.

He graduated from College High School in 1961, then joined the U.S. Air Force and served in Okinawa for four years.

He was employed with Union Pacific Railroad and retired after 37 years of employment there as a radio technician.

He was baptized and confirmed at Trinity Lutheran Church of Egypt Mills and was a long time member there.

Survivors include a sister, Carolyn Sue Heise; close friends, Terry and Bobbie Jo Childers, Debbie Bryant Weaver and Nancy Beal.

Siblings preceded in infancy, James Williams and Sherry Lynn.

Visitation will be 10:30 to 11 a.m. on today at Ford and Sons Mount Auburn Chapel in Cape Girardeau.

Funeral service will follow at 11 a.m. today at the funeral home with the Rev. Barry Pfanstiel officiating. Burial will be at Hanover Lutheran Church Cemetery in Cape Girardeau.

Carolyn wishes to thank the Lutheran Home and Crown Hospice for all their special care to her and Bud.
