PERRYVILLE -- Harry Carl Fadler, 77, of St. Charles, formerly of Perryville, died Thursday, April 2, 1992, at Lutheran Medical Center in St. Louis.

He was born Aug. 15, 1914, at Yount, son of John and Etta Grindstaff Fadler. He married Aleine M. Crites March 27, 1937.

Survivors include his wife; three sons, John Fadler of Owensville, Carl Fadler of St. Louis, Denver Fadler of Barnhart; five grandchildren, four great-grandchildren; three stepgrandchildren, and six great-stepgrandchildren.

Four brothers preceded him in death.

Fadler was a retired maintenance engineer at Lutheran Medical Center. He had previously worked 12 years as a rural mail carrier in the Perryville area, and 12 years at Perryville Cheese Co.

Fadler was a member of Grace Lutheran Chapel in Bellefontaine Neighbors.

Friends may call at Young and Sons Funeral Home in Perryville today from 4-9 p.m., and Monday from 6:30-10 a.m.

Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Monday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Richard Warneck officiating. Burial will be in Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery.
