DEXTER -- Graveside service for Harold T. Webb of Dexter will be held at 1 p.m. today at Dexter Cemetery, with the Rev. Wayne Dismuke officiating.

Friends may call at Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Dexter at noon.

Webb, 75, died Sunday, July 21, 1996, at Dexter Memorial Hospital.

He was born Nov. 7, 1920, in Thayer, son of Tom and Mabel Layal Webb. He and Ernestine Doyle were married Oct. 26, 1945, in Oakdale, La.

Webb was retired from General Motors in Pontiac, Mich. He had lived in Ortonville, Mich., most of his life. He was a member of Woodmen of the World, retired member of United Auto Workers, and a veteran of the U.S. Army.

Survivors include his wife of Oakdale; a son, Harold Webb Jr. of Belchertown, Mass.; a stepson, Ken Townsend of Oakdale; two brothers, Bob Webb of Roswell, N.M., Larry Webb of Dallas, Texas; three sisters, Shirley Burt of Northville, Mich., Beverly Hunter and Jerry Temples of Dexter, and two grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by three brothers and a sister.
